Apply to be a vendor at Marketfest!

  • Marketfest runs Thursdays, June 13 – July 25, 2024, 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
  • All vendor applications will be submitted and processed online. Payment will be made after a vendor has been accepted.
  • NEW – All vendors are required to have a signed 2024 Vendor Agreement on file to receive their vendor packet and booth location.
  • Setup begins at 3:45, 4:45, or 5:45 p.m., depending on booth location. Teardown starts at 9:00 p.m.
  • Preference will be given to vendors participating in all seven (7) weeks of the festival. We will do the best we can to accommodate single night date and location preferences, and will contact vendors with alternatives if we are unable to fulfill requests. Vendors selling food must commit to all seven (7) weeks.
  • Vendors will be allotted 12’x12′ spot. Food Trucks, trailers, and displays that require a larger space will be charged a surcharge.

  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, table, chairs, etc. Tents are recommended, but not required.

  • A 25% discount will be applied to full-season (7-week) vendors from the City of White Bear Lake. A 50% discount will be applied to full-season (7-week) vendors who have a business in the Downtown White Bear Lake Special Service District that is outside of the Marketfest map. Businesses inside of the Marketfest footprint may participate in front of their stores free of charge. (Details below.)
  • We have very limited access to electricity and will try to accommodate requests when possible. As an alternative, quiet generators are permitted. If a generator is too loud or disruptive, vendors will be asked to make other arrangements and/or be removed from Marketfest without a refund.

 

 

Dates & Deadlines

February 1 – Vendor Application Opens

April 1 – Priority Deadline
Deadline for returning vendors who would like to be considered for the same spot they had the year before. Spots will not be guaranteed after that date.

May 15 – Application Deadline
Additional vendors will continue to be accepted as space permits. Vendor Packets will be emailed after this date.

June 1 – Payment/Documents Deadline
Incomplete and/or unpaid applications may be withdrawn after this date to make room for waitlisted vendors.

Instructions: Review the price chart and select the appropriate vendor category. Click on the appropriate “Apply now” button and complete the Vendor Application. The priority application deadline is April 1, 2024. Applications will be considered after that time as space permits. Vendor packets will be emailed in mid-May.

SSD Businesses in the Marketfest Footprint

Special Service District (SSD) Businesses that have a business located inside of the Marketfest perimeter may participate in a 12’x12′ space in front of their business, free of charge. Booth products and displays must be an extension of the regular business; SSD businesses may NOT rent or lend their free space to another business.

To participate, simply apply to be an SSD Footprint Vendor, and your fee will be waived upon approval.
